Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Fridge AI, including the Fridge AI mobile apps, websites, subscriptions, and related services operated by MaGa Srl ("MaGa", "we", "us").

Using Fridge AI

Fridge AI provides recipe suggestions, ingredient tools, food inventory features, meal planning, and AI-assisted cooking ideas. You are responsible for deciding whether recipes, ingredients, quantities, cooking instructions, and dietary suggestions are appropriate for you.

Health, allergy, and food safety notice

Fridge AI is not medical, nutrition, allergy, or food safety advice. Always check ingredients, labels, allergens, expiry dates, preparation methods, and cooking temperatures. If you have allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or special dietary requirements, consult a qualified professional before relying on suggestions from the app.

Accounts

You may need an account to use some features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and purchases

Fridge AI may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play. Prices, available plans, subscription duration, trial periods, taxes, renewal terms, and billing terms are shown in the app and in the store purchase sheet before confirmation.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account after you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline required by the applicable store.
• Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Apple users can manage billing and cancellations through Apple Support at support.apple.com/billing.
• Google Play users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play Help at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds and billing support are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• Subscription benefits are linked to the store transaction and to the account state recognized by Fridge AI and RevenueCat.

For iOS users, if these Terms do not include a provision required by Apple, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement may apply to the extent required by Apple. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Store terms may also apply to billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, family sharing, taxes, and consumer rights. If a store rule conflicts with these Terms on a billing matter handled by Apple or Google, the applicable store rule controls that billing matter.

User content

You may submit ingredients, preferences, photos, prompts, reports, and other content. You grant MaGa Srl the right to process this content to provide, secure, support, and improve Fridge AI. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

AI-generated output

AI-generated recipes and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should review and adapt all outputs before using them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Fridge AI, reverse engineer the service, bypass security or rate limits, scrape or overload our systems, use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use of Fridge AI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Intellectual property

Fridge AI, its design, software, trademarks, and content are owned by MaGa Srl or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use Fridge AI unlawfully. You may stop using the app at any time. Canceling a subscription must be done through the applicable store account settings.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Fridge AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaGa Srl disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.
